Review, sign and arrange payment
After you sign the contract, transfer your payment to a secure holding account, which protects the funds until delivery and your acceptance of the car.
- Your written contract sets out the vehicle price, the fixed £200 admin fee, the delivery rate of £0.30 per mile and any registration fees that apply. No further costs are added later
- We release funds only after you accept the car at the end of the inspection period
- If you reject the car, your held payment is returned in full
Clearing, preparation and delivery
Clearing starts as soon as we receive your proof of payment. We complete the final checks and preparation before your car travels to you on a fully insured transporter — transported to your address without adding driving miles to the vehicle.
- Allow 5 to 14 days from confirmed payment to delivery, with progress updates throughout
- Delivery throughout mainland UK is charged at £0.30 per mile
- Your handover includes the keys, registration papers, inspection report and HPI certificate
Make the most of your 14 days
Delivery marks the start of your 14-day test and inspection period. Try your normal journeys and ask your own mechanic to inspect it if you wish. Insurance remains in place throughout this period.

Call or email during your 14-day period to tell us you want to return the car. You do not need to give a reason for your decision.
2. Arrange the collection
We prepare a straightforward return agreement and organise a transporter to collect the car from your address.
3. Receive your refund
Your full payment is returned promptly from the holding account. There is no restocking fee.
