Two Weeks to Return or Exchange
Spend 14 days driving and inspecting the car after delivery. If it does not suit you, choose a full refund or exchange it for another vehicle from our stock.
Payment under Your Control
Your payment remains in a secure holding account until you accept the vehicle. Your acceptance authorises its release; if you reject the car, your payment is returned in full.
Warranty Cover for 12 Months
Every approved car includes cover for major mechanical components, including the engine and transmission, supported by a nationwide network of repairers.
An Inspection You Can Read
Qualified technicians use professional diagnostic equipment to complete our 168-point inspection. The full inspection report accompanies your vehicle.
Delivery Managed for You
Our team oversees preparation, clearing and transport. We arrange a planned handover using fully insured carriers, with the car ready for you when it arrives.

How Your Payment Is Handled
Know where your payment is at every stage
Understanding what happens to your payment is an essential part of buying online. Our holding-account process keeps the funds protected until you accept the car.
1. Payment enters the holding account
Transfer your payment to the secure holding account. Once we receive proof of payment, we begin the vehicle's clearing and preparation.
2. The funds remain protected
Your funds remain untouched in the holding account during clearing, delivery and the full 14-day inspection period.
3. Your decision completes the process
If you accept the car, the funds are released and the purchase is complete. If you reject it, the funds are returned to you in full.

- Established sourcing partners — we select cars from banking, leasing and fleet partners on the basis of condition, history and reliability.
- Standards come before volume — our team is not paid to meet sales volumes; each car must qualify for a place in our stock.
- Inspected before it is listed — experienced technicians assess every vehicle before we offer it for sale.
- Approval is required — vehicles that fall below our standard are excluded from the website.
Requirements for Every Vehicle
The details behind our approval
Each vehicle must satisfy all of the following requirements before it can be approved for sale.
- Service and maintenance records verified
- No outstanding major mechanical problems
- No history of significant accident damage
- Roadworthiness certified following a full inspection
- Our safety and quality requirements met
- Complete and valid registration papers
We do not offer cars with known faults or defects, including discounted or "sold as seen" vehicles. Our approval process is intended to deliver a car you remain happy with at the end of your 14-day inspection.
